Thank you to everyone who donated or contributed to our many fund-raising events. Together with these much-appreciated grants, we are delighted to have raised the £265,260 we needed to transform our lovely medieval church into a welcoming, light, warm and functional building.
This means our church can now be enjoyed by church goers and the wider community at an increasingly wider range of events. The Little Lambs play scheme has returned, and there are plans to hold weekday coffee mornings, community lunches, craft demonstrations/ exhibitions and more music activities, among other ideas. The building is also available for village social groups and the First School to use.

- Install running water and a modern kitchen for refreshments

- Install an efficient heating system, LED lighting and totally rewire

- Build a ramp so people can easily access the new kitchen, bathroom and a small meeting area with storage

We are so pleased that those using our church no longer have to transport water from a standpipe in the churchyard to make a cup of tea, endure the cold in the winter or put up with falling plaster.
